      Please note

        This 90-minute tour involves walking and standing inside Pitti Palace. The entrance from Piazza Pitti has a steep slope, while lifts provide access to the gallery floors. If you use a wheelchair or have specific mobility needs, please contact us before booking so we can plan the entrance and route. Admission tickets are issued in each visitor’s name: bring a valid photo ID matching the name provided at booking. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Rooms or artworks may occasionally be unavailable, and the guide will adapt the route.
