From Florence, move to the picturesque hills of Tuscany to San Gimignano.

In a carefully chosen winery, a wine connoisseur will familiarize you with all aspects of winemaking in Tuscany from the harvesting and production to the aging process.

The main point of the experience is that you will be able to taste the selected wines straight from the barrels in order to understand how the aromas, structure and personality of the wines evolve during aging before bottling.

Proceed with an excellent tasting of the famous Tuscan wines, among which are Brunello di Montalcino, Chianti, Chianti Classico, Morellino di Scansano, Vernaccia di San Gimignano and selected Super Tuscan wines.

The whole experience ends with the tasting of extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar and various local delicacies, such as Tuscan cheese, salami, bruschetta and cantuccini with dessert wine.

Back from the winery tour, enjoy the drive through the picturesque Tuscan landscape back to Florence.

        This experience includes a guided walking tour through the historic center of San Gimignano, where streets may be cobbled, uneven and occasionally steep. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended.

        Wine tasting is reserved for guests of legal drinking age. Non-alcoholic alternatives can be arranged for younger guests or non-drinkers upon request.

        What to bring

          Comfortable walking shoes, as the experience includes a guided walking tour through the historic streets of San Gimignano.

          Weather-appropriate clothing. During the warmer months, we recommend bringing sunglasses, sunscreen and a hat.

          A valid ID is recommended, particularly for guests participating in the wine tasting.
