Florence Small-Group Pasta Class with Ponte Vecchio View & Wine

2 hours and 30 minutes

Easy

Make two types of fresh Italian pasta with a professional chef, prepare traditional Tuscan sauces and enjoy your creations with wine overlooking Ponte Vecchio.

Many cooking classes in Florence take place in large, crowded groups. This intimate experience is limited to a maximum of five participants, allowing you to receive personal guidance from a professional chef while learning authentic Italian cooking techniques.

In a welcoming location near the Arno River, with views of the iconic Ponte Vecchio, you will prepare fresh pasta completely from scratch.

Learn how to knead and roll the dough before creating two traditional pasta shapes: reginette and ricotta-and-spinach cappelletti. You will also discover how to prepare Tuscan ragù and a classic butter-and-sage sauce.

Your chef will guide you through each stage, sharing practical techniques and culinary secrets inspired by Italian family traditions.

After the cooking class, sit down with the other participants and enjoy the dishes you have prepared, accompanied by wine.

This is not simply a cooking demonstration. It is a hands-on introduction to Florentine food culture, created for travellers who want to learn, participate and share an authentic meal in one of the most beautiful settings in Florence.
