Florence: Handmade Pasta & Tiramisu Class with Tuscan Wine

2 hours

Easy

Make fresh pasta and traditional tiramisu during a hands-on cooking class in Florence. Then sit down with your fellow cooks and enjoy everything you prepared with Tuscan wine.

In Italy, cooking is never only about following a recipe. It is about gestures passed down over time, ingredients shared around a table and the pleasure of eating together.

During this hands-on cooking class in Florence, you will learn how to prepare two of Italy’s most loved creations: fresh handmade pasta and traditional tiramisu.

Your cooking instructor will guide you step by step, from working and kneading the pasta dough to shaping it using traditional techniques. You will then prepare tiramisu and discover how a few simple ingredients become one of Italy’s most famous desserts.

You will not simply watch a demonstration. You will participate in each stage of the preparation, learning practical techniques, understanding the textures and discovering the small details that are difficult to learn from a recipe alone.

Once the cooking is complete, take your place at the table and enjoy the dishes you prepared together with the other participants, accompanied by Tuscan wine.

The experience is relaxed, social and suitable for beginners. Come as a traveller and leave with new flavours, new memories and recipes you will want to recreate at home.
